Recently ordered a pair of trousers on here,meant to arrive within 7 days,but 2 weeks later I was still waiting, they arrived after 17 days!! Whilst wsiting I contacted Groupon and they were meant to contact seller simply I never heard anything,a 2nd hunt upward and still nada heard, eventually when the item arrived they were far too curt,ok if you turn them and habiliment them turned up as the motion picture showed.
Anyway rather than wait ages for a refund if I returned them. I altered them and they are at present a pair of lightweight shorts for the summertime, otherwise money wasted,this is not the starting time time a Groupon purchase has been wrong for me,so may non employ them over again as there are cheaper alternatives out at that place.

Absolutely discusting

Absolutely discusting. Ordered 8 tickets for Santos circus 15/04/22 at 730pm.. go far to find out there is NOT A SHOW AT 730 AND GROUPON SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN SELLING THESE TICKETS. 5 very upset children and 1 child with special needs who didn't understand why we had to leabe. Extremely disappointed. First and last time of using GROUPON

Bought a groupon for the pen outlet who…

Bought a groupon for the pen outlet who didn't evangelize any item and wouldn't reply to any correspondence.
Contacted Groupon through online chat and was told someone would investigate and become dorsum to me. Weeks afterward I accept heard nada but now they won't even chat with me over the bot. I've no fashion contacting them to resolve the issue.

Poaching Promotions = Never Valid!

Concluding time using Groupon! I've had bad experiences in the past from a voucher for a hair treatment that left my pare dyed and having to pay for another hair cut to ready. Lately I've been getting these discount lawmaking / £20 towards a deal emails. You open the email no terms and atmospheric condition, says check FAQ page nothing there specific. So I looked for a deal, unsurprisingly code doesn't work. At this point I actually think groupon is a scam. Unsubscribe if I were you and just avoid.
